Overview

Fàshnas Se was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1289, by Tatera Jinkinson Birtwistle Abrams Guynner. The establishment of Fàshnas Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fàshnas Se's construction back out of the project. Tatera Jinkinson Birtwistle Abrams Guynner pushed on reguardles, and Fàshnas Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Fàshnas Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fàshnas Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fàshnas Se is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

A look around Fàshnas Se makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Fàshnas Se’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

Fàshnas Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fàshnas Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Fàshnas Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Fàshnas Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is recurring in Fàshnas Se.

The Giant hissing cockroach near Fàshnas Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Fàshnas Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves drinking to channel Summoning energies of tier 2 via oath swearing.
